My marketing plan is designed to get the results you have come to expect from a professional Realtor. The marketing plan includes a listing in the Multiple Listing Service. Posting on this and other web sites, emails to most real estate agents in the Las Vegas valley, and yard signs. Talking House System (optional) not to mention the extensive personal marketing we do. It's not just about Listing your house Its about Selling it.
No Up Front Fees:
We don't charge any up front fee, advance payment fee, marketing fee or any other fee. We will never ask you for any money during the listing period. We get paid at close of escrow. If we don't close we don't get paid. It's that simple.
No Transaction Fee:
Some Real Estate Agents and /or Realtors pass on the costs they incur from marketing your property. Sometimes there called Doc warehousing fees, transaction fees, or some other clever name and can range anywhere from $150 to $600 in addition to the commission you pay. You will never be asked to pay this fee with our Sellers Advantage Program.
Cancel the Listing at any time:
With our program either you or us can cancel the listing at anytime. The listing will be canceled effective from the time we're notified, it's that simple. It can take a couple of days for the sign to be removed and the listing withdrawn from the Multiple Listing Service.
